Located in the heart of the city, the KAI40 Restaurant at Radisson Blu Rostock combines regionally inspired cuisine with a contemporary design concept. Designed by Ocean Architects, the interior reflects elements of North German harbor life, translated into a minimalist, urban design language.

Warm materials, rustic accents, and graphic details create an atmosphere that blends authenticity with understated elegance. The open layout with clear sightlines invites guests to linger – whether for a long breakfast or a relaxed dinner in good company.

Culinarily, KAI40 stands for quality without excess: fresh regional ingredients, classics like schnitzel or Mecklenburg-style bean soup, and creative touches inspired by global harbors. Design and cuisine go hand in hand – minimalist, honest, and thoughtfully curated.
