The exterior and interior concept, developed by Ocean Architects, features elegant elements inspired by harbor life, natural materials, and graphic details. The design merges clean lines with carefully placed accents – perfectly attuned to the open character of the space and its exceptional rooftop location.

KAI40 Rooftop Bar invites guests to unwind at sunset – accompanied by laid-back music, refined drinks, and a design that encourages you to stay and savor the moment.
